Mr. Billy Man
Managing Director

Mr. Billy Man is the founder of Mansfield Consulting Limited.  He has over 20 years of experience in management and 10 years of experience in mystery shopper research.  Mr. Man is an expert in sales management, customer service and market research.
As a pioneer and market leader in mystery shopper researches, Mr. Man has made revolutionary changes to the traditional research process by integrating his knowledge in operations, market research and international standards.  In 2008, he was the originator in applying mystery shopper research to measure sales performances.  And in 2010, he was also first to recruit disabled and elderly mystery shoppers to evaluate Barrier Free Access Services in Hong Kong.  These initiatives were well recognized by the society and many organizations.  To help companies boost up sales and service performances, Mr. Man strives to improve the reliability and broaden the applications of mystery shopper researches.  Mr. Man has conducted over 100,000 mystery shopper assessments for different industries in Hong Kong, Macau and China, such as cosmetic, fashion, jewelry, electronics, fast-food, restaurants, entertainment, banks, property management, telecommunications, telephone hotlines, insurance, government and non-profit organizations.
Mr. Man has held senior management positions at training consultant and market research companies as well as international group companies, such as Hutchison, Sun Hung Kai, PCCW and Ryoden Holdings.
Mr. Man is also actively involved in social services. Currently, he is a volunteer consultant at the "Direction Association for the Handicapped" and "Hong Kong Red Cross J. F. Kennedy Center Alumni Association". Mr. Man graduated from the University of Hull, UK, with a MBA degree.


Ms. Janet Wong
Training Director

Janet Wong was the Director of Training of Sa Sa International Holdings Limited, the largest cosmetics retail chain in Asia, from 1998 to 2012.    Other than retail experience, she held the position of Training Manager in a number of 5-star hotels in Hong Kong. Her contributions to her past working partners including the training management development, customer service culture and system establishment, retail management training system development, staff training and development system as well as training workshop design and delivery, like Service Excellence, Consultative Selling, Coaching, Leadership, Motivation, Communication, Teambuilding, Personal Quality & Train The Trainer.

Janet has a strong ability in creating a ‘Learn with FUN’ learning atmosphere; she believes that by quoting real-life examples creating a great impact of learning.  Moreover, she is always being recognized as a facilitator with HEART as her training inspires participants a lot.  

Janet gained lots of experience in handling participants of different culture as she had experience in delivering training and providing training management consultancy in Singapore, Malaysia, Taiwan, Beijing, Shanghai and Wuhan.




Ms. Flora Cheung
Training Consultant

Ms. Flora Cheung, with extensive experience in staff recruitment and training, has held managerial positions for more than 15 years in several Government departments of Macao and Hong Kong.  She specializes in the provision of in-house trainings to local Government departments and large commercial organizations, covering business and official writing, customer service skills, interpersonal skills, and event management.

Mr. Ethan Chan
Training Consultant

Mr. Ethan Chan has been studying Chinese history and culture for more than 15 years.  He has obtained a master's degree in Chinese Philosophy and is currently pursuing for a Ph.D. in Chinese Philosophy. Mr. Chan has applied his learnings in Chinese wisdom to inspire people in self-development. His courses aim at assisting people to unleash their potential for leadership, and enabling them to develop a positive attitude towards team development and personal growth.



Ms. Rachel Ho
Business & Training Consultant

Rachel has over 15 years of working experience in Corporate Communications, Marketing, Business Development and Management. She played an APAC management role in various MNCs before.  Apart from Bachelor Degree in Language & Communication, Master Degree in Business Administration, Rachel is also a NLP Practitioner, Marriage & Family Therapist and Play Therapist.  With her working experience in business sector and knowhow in Psychotherapy, Rachel has thorough understanding in various corporate cultures,customer behaviors, people relations and psychology of parents and children which bring much insight to her training clients.


Mr. Willy Kwong
Client Development Consultant

Willy Kwong is a professional in customer development strategy.  His solutions are skillfull blend of classi theories, practical skills and innovation approaches.  

Willy has been partnered with various well known media, think-tanks and PR agencies including Foster+Partners (Hong Kong), OurTv, Community Development Initiative, Designing Hong Kong in various public engagement and customer development project.

Willy obtained his Master of Art in The Chinese University of Hong Kong.


 關國樂 Mr. Joseph Kwan MH
Strategic Partner – Universal Design and Accessibility

Mr. Joseph Kwan, Architect and Access Consultant has more than 36 years of experience in architectural practice having worked in Australia, United Kingdom, France and Hong Kong. He is the Founding Director of UDA Consultants Ltd(Universal Design & Accessibility) in Hong Kong since 2005. As a forerunner in the barrier free access arena in Hong Kong, Mr. Kwan has provided expert advice on access design for numerous construction projects, including government buildings, hospitals, universities, and public facilities. In 2000, he received the American Institute of Architects (AIA) Hong Kong Citation “in recognition of distinguished achievement as a community based consultancy service in promoting and implementing barrier-free accessible environments for the elderly and people with disabilities in Hong Kong”. In recognition of his achievements in improving the built environment for the disabled, he was awarded the “Medal of Honour” (MH) by the Hong Kong SAR Government in 2001.

Mr. Kwan has extensive lecture experiences in the field of access and universal design at the local and international level. He has lectured in Asia, Africa, Europe, North and South America and in the Middle East. Mr. Kwan was an Assistant Professor of the Department of Architecture at the University of Hong Kong and a Tutor of a Postgraduate Program at the Chinese University of Hong Kong. Mr. Kwan received his architectural training at the Queensland Institute of Technology in Australia, and later obtained a M.Sc. in Environmental Psychology from the University of Surrey in the United Kingdom.

Howard Ling

Mr. Howard Ling

Mr. Howard Ling began his entrepreneurial journey in 2004 and started his own restaurants – “Harvester”, “Veggies”, “Bijas” and “AGITO”. He is also a director of a toy manufacturing company and a software company. Prior to starting his own business, Mr. Ling has held senior management positions at various local and international companies.

Mr. Ling is actively involved in public services.
